1. What Razepay is
Razepay ("we") is a service that creates a coin on pump.fun, a third-party protocol on the Solana blockchain, on your behalf and for a price you pay by card or in SOL. It can also make the coin's first buy for you, buy existing pump.fun coins for you with a card, and help you trade coins from your own wallet. We do not issue, sell, vet, sponsor or endorse any coin. We are not an exchange, broker, bank, investment adviser or fund.
Razepay is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by pump.fun, Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, Apple, Google, Revolut, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe or any wallet provider. Their names are used only to describe accepted payment methods and compatibility.

2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You may not use the service if you are located in, resident in, or a citizen of France (including its overseas departments, regions and territories), the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions, or any other place where using it would be unlawful, or if you or your wallet appear on a sanctions list. We block these regions at the network edge and screen wallets before every order. You agree not to bypass these measures, for example with a VPN.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including on crypto-assets and taxes.

3. How an order works
When you place an order we create a one-time Solana wallet for it (the "order wallet"), derived from a secret our server keeps. For card payments, once your payment is confirmed our treasury sends the SOL your order needs into the order wallet. For SOL payments, you send SOL to the order wallet yourself.
The order wallet then creates your coin on pump.fun with the wallet you chose as the coin's creator, makes the first buy you asked for, sends you the coins it bought and any SOL left over, and ends empty. For a card buy of an existing coin, it buys that coin and sends it to you. Each step is a Solana transaction you can check on the receipt page.
While an order runs, the SOL in its order wallet is held by us on your behalf, for the time the order takes (usually seconds, at most until the order expires or is refunded). We use it only for your order.
Everything on chain is final. Once your coin exists we cannot undo, cancel or change it, its name, ticker, image or creator.

4. Prices and payment
The price of an order is shown before you pay and is fixed when you pay: for card payments, a launch fee (or a buy fee), the amount of your first buy (or buy) and card processing; for SOL payments, the network costs, the first buy and our fee. The SOL bought for a card order is priced at the SOL exchange rate when you place the order. pump.fun's own trading fees and the Solana network's fees are part of what the order spends.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates under their own terms, and may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Revolut Pay and prepaid or gift cards where available. We never see or store your full card number. Your card issuer may apply its own fees, foreign exchange charges or limits, and some issuers decline payments related to crypto-assets.
We may limit the size and number of orders, ask for additional authentication (such as 3-D Secure), and refuse or cancel any order before it is fulfilled, in which case you are refunded under the Refund Policy.
A SOL order quotes an amount to send. If less arrives (for example because an exchange kept a withdrawal fee), we may launch with a smaller first buy when you ask or when the order expires, or refund what arrived if it is too little to launch.

5. Your coin, your wallet
You choose the wallet that becomes your coin's creator and receives your coins: the Tap Wallet (a key created and kept in your browser), a wallet you connect, or an address you paste. You are responsible for it. If you paste an address you do not control, or an exchange or banking-app address that does not support new coins, your coins may be lost and we cannot recover them.
The Tap Wallet's private key is created and stored in your browser only. We never receive it and cannot recover it. If you clear your browser data or lose your device without a backup, your coins are lost. Back it up from the Wallet page.
pump.fun pays creator fees on trades of your coin to its creator wallet under pump.fun's rules, which pump.fun can change. We do not guarantee any amount of creator fees.
You are the coin's creator and are solely responsible for its name, ticker, image, description and links and for how you promote it. You must not use another person's name, likeness or trademark, impersonate anyone, promise profits, or create a coin as part of fraud or market manipulation. Images and details you upload are published on IPFS through pump.fun, permanently and publicly.

6. Refunds and failed orders
If your coin cannot be created, or a card buy cannot be made, your payment is refunded in full (card payments to the card, SOL to your wallet). If your coin is created but its first buy cannot be made, you receive the coin and the first-buy part of your payment is refunded. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Once a coin has been created and delivered, the order is complete and is not refundable, including if the coin loses value. A chargeback on a completed order is a breach of these terms.

7. Things you must not do
Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, using cards or accounts that are not yours, market manipulation (including wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes and coordinated deception), impersonation, uploading unlawful content, infringing the rights of others, and attacking, scraping at scale or overloading the service.

8. No advice, no promises
Nothing on Razepay, on our social accounts or in our materials is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or a recommendation. Memecoins have no intrinsic value and most lose all of it. Only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.
We do not promise that a coin will be traded, rise in value, graduate, or earn creator fees.

9. Third-party services
The service relies on services we do not control: pump.fun (including its IPFS upload), the Solana network, RPC providers, Stripe and card networks, price sources, IPFS gateways, sanctions screening and your wallet or browser. They may fail, change or be unavailable, and their own terms apply to you.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Prices, estimates and data may be delayed or wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of coins, funds, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service, the value of any coin, the loss of an Tap Wallet key, an address you gave us, or third-party services; and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes, suspension, contact
We may change, suspend or stop the service or these terms at any time. Orders already paid are completed or refunded under the terms in force when you paid.
