In short
If we can't create your coin, you get all your money back. If we create it but can't make its first buy, you keep the coin and get the first-buy part back. Once your coin is created and delivered, the order is complete.

Card payments
Full refund, automatically, to the card or wallet you paid with: when the coin cannot be created (for example if pump.fun disables launches, or the network keeps failing), when a card buy of an existing coin cannot be made (for example because the coin graduated meanwhile), or when we cancel an order before fulfilling it.
Partial refund of the first buy and its card processing, automatically, when your coin is created but its first buy cannot be made.
Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Gift-card refunds go back to the gift card.
No refund once a coin or a card buy has been delivered to your wallet, including if the coin later loses value: the coins are yours and on chain.

SOL payments
If your coin cannot be created, or an order expires with too little SOL to launch, everything in the order wallet is sent back to the wallet you chose for your coin, less the Solana network fee of the refund itself.
When a SOL launch completes, whatever the launch did not spend (our cost estimates carry headroom) is sent back to your wallet automatically.
